3. Table Reservations
Making a reservation
Table reservations can be made via our website booking widget, by telephone, or through third-party reservation platforms including TheFork and ResDiary. A reservation is confirmed only once you have received a written or electronic confirmation from us or the relevant platform.
Cancellations and no-shows
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend a reservation.
- For group bookings of 6 or more guests, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to accept future reservations from you.
- For pre-paid events or special event menus, specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Late arrival
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes beyond your reserved time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone. We cannot guarantee your reservation beyond this period during busy periods.
Dietary requirements and allergies
Whilst we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is entirely free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when booking and again when speaking to your server on the day. We accept no liability for allergic reactions arising from failure to disclose dietary requirements.
4. Wednesday Street Feast
Wednesday Street Feast (WSF) is a weekly ticketed dining event. The following additional terms apply:
- Bookings for WSF evenings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation.
- The menu, region and featured dishes are subject to change at our discretion.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- Registering interest in future WSF themes does not constitute a booking or reservation.
- Early access offered to registered interest subscribers is not guaranteed and remains at our discretion.
5. Private Hire & Events
Private hire enquiries are subject to a separate hire agreement which will be provided upon confirmation. The following general terms apply:
- A deposit is required to secure a private hire booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be set out in your hire agreement.
- The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 28 days will be subject to the full hire fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a hire event if the conduct of guests is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or likely to cause damage to our property or reputation.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to our premises by you or your guests during a private hire event.
6. Catering Services
Where we provide off-site catering services, a separate catering agreement will govern the engagement. Enquiries submitted via our website or contact form do not constitute a booking or contractual commitment. A catering contract is formed only when both parties have signed a written agreement.
7. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost, stolen or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Vouchers may be used against food and beverage purchases at Aamcha Eastern Kitchen. They cannot be applied to third-party booking fees or deposits.
- Where the value of goods or services is less than the voucher amount, no change or credit will be given for the difference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, menu design and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Aamcha Eastern Kitchen Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use any part of this website’s content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. You may share links to our website and share social content in the ordinary course of personal use.
